I've seen some beginners trying to use AI to generate simple features for visual novels using Sugarcube (Twine). The code was awful, they didn't understand it and even people with some experience needed time to understand what the fuck the code was even trying to do.
Putting AI to work in place of actual humans in help desk/customer service sounds like a natural evolution, since instead of being ignored by a dumb, exhausted human who's perpetually wishing to find a better job and has a 80% chance of being useless ("I will transfer to the appropriate person"), you'll be misunderstood by a robot.
Isn't that a non-problem? I mean, afaik, you cannot control any data after it's sent. If I send you an email with an attachment, I cannot stop you from forwarding it to everyone you know, nor can I stop you from editing it before forwarding. I guess it becomes a problem of reliability, then, which is only a problem if the original source is unavailable - which is not that uncommon in the fediverse.
Not a big deal, considering that FOSSIFY project offers all the basics you'd need for a degoogled phone: call app, messaging, contacts, calculator, calendar, gallery, etc. F-droid also has a good selection of apps, though most people, me included, will still need whatsapp one way or another. At least that thing doesn't need any of Google's "essential" apps.
I've started to get more selective of my photos and even began printing them, sometimes gifting to friends. Now I actually end up looking at them more often.
As long as companies can keep pumping shitty, almost entirely closed off android phones that cost less than 200 dollars for consumers (selling hardware at a loss while making up for data harvesting and sale), "linux mobile" will be just another meme along with "year of the linux desktop"

Gambling between two people or very small groups is mostly ok and something humans have done since cave times.
Now, because real life has profit seeking corporations in control of gambling that know and abuse all psychological tricks available to maximize profits, I don't think allowing them to exist is good for anyone except the owners. Casinos are also perfect for money laundering, so that's another reason to not allow them to function, although with the internet they can just pick and choose a country to exist in.
