  • Yeah, I don't believe any medical breakthroughs until they are widely used. Also, with the emojis, this feels like it it was written by an AI.

  • No matter how good human written descriptions are, people just won't do them. So having a automated system is much more preferable.

  • For those that need it, any description is better than none.

  • I feel bad for the dev. People really harassed him when the PR was opened.

  • Isn't plex's price hike the main topic of this post?

  • It's free, so I don't complain about the speed. It chugs along just fine at it's own pace.

  • Why? Do you know every cache location of every tool on your system?

  • Can't believe people willingly keep Hillary in their head. It's been a decade.

  • You think god is so stupid that she didn't pre age those bones so that they appear older than they are using carbon dating?

  • English isn't my first language and I've never felt that the word 'shit' was any more bad than 'darn'. And when it comes to words that toddlers use, I find it much more important how they use a word rather than what that word is.

  • What? 'Shit' is a swear word? What's next, poop?

  • I genuinely don't know what I'm supposed to look at.

  • I have neverused a raid in my life. If I need more storage I just mount a new drive and fput the biggest offender on that :p

  • I'm currently in a committed relationship with my husband btrfs, but this sounds really interesting :3

  • Did you even read your own report? It says that AI works are copyrightable in certain circumstances, not that they make a whole project public:

Copyright law has long adapted to new technology and can enable case-by- case determinations as to whether AI-generated outputs reflect sufficient human contribution to warrant copyright protection. As described above, in many circumstances these outputs will be copyrightable in whole or in part—where AI is used as a tool, and where a human has been able to determine the expressive elements they contain. Prompts alone, however, at this stage are unlikely to satisfy those requirements.

  • As much as I wish this was true, I don't really think it is.

  • Now this looks interesting. I personally use chezmoi and scripts to install and manage the apps that I want. Having a dedicated manager would be ideal.

Edit: it says that disabling backends is currently not supported, does that mean that it doesn't worn in environments without pacman for example?

  • Yeah, that's what I said :)
