Unpopular opinion: Our current definition of “freedom of speech” (and what is allowed under it) needs a major overhaul. Queue the inevitable “slippery slope” and “who decides what’s true” bullshit; what we have clearly isn’t working and the stupidity competition we have among MAGAts in this country no longer allow them that privilege.
My biggest fear is that even if we somehow manage to defeat all the cheating Dems STILL won’t take it far enough when it comes to punishing these assholes. They need to be treated like Confederates but actually held to account.
