A lot of humour is structurally the same for left and right (we're all human, despite how inhuman the other can seem), it's just a matter of how you meant it. A lefty making this joke might have an anti-consumer angle, while a dipshit right wing comedian would be criticising public transit or probably just being racist.
Weird one - the labyrinth music from BotW. I used to listen to extended versions of that for hours at work, just to make things feel tense and intriguing.
I'm backing this one, but if you can rule out a medical angle then I want to mention yerba mate. Brew with a little honey, add ice, and it's basically coffee-strength Arizona Ice Tea for less than half the price
It's a hard one to gauge for me. I'm pretty sure I found it via stumbleupon back when that was really great. I read the whole thing in close to one go, and I never hear anyone else talk about it.
Yeah. I don't see how people hear "infinite dollars" and say they want to get into cooking or develop an app. I would pay millions of people across the globe a thriving wage to take direct action saving coastal kelp forests, rebuild ecosystems without permission, and maybe even get around to some vigilantism.
If you'd just spent your entire evening on a teams call with a lawyer about all the scutwork that needs doing on two claims with the same screwy attorney playing games with medical bills and how it's all your problem and a top priority with over half a mil USD on the line amid financial uncertainty with the client, you would know humber.
It was pig's ear and other head stuff, but the real problem was that it was about half as fresh as it should have been. I only mentioned sisig in this post as a way of listing all the gnarly stuff I've liked over the years to compare it to the one thing I just can't handle (except as an ingredient in one dish ever apparently). Little quiet karaoke place with no customers that used to be in Seattle, back when I lived stateside. Not surprised to find out that it's gone, they needed a different crowd.
I'd used it in a recipe to try and make congee, inspired by a pop-up in Seattle called Secret Congee. Theirs is good as hell, but my first try deterred me entirely from that questline.
I've eaten chicken feet, haggis, blood pudding, sisig, century egg, durian, dinuguan, tripe and tongue tacos, frog legs, snails, alligator, whole softshell crab, and probably a few more delights that I ought to remember. The only one I absolutely cannot stomach is the century egg.
