I don't think it's impossible to fix campaign finance - elected officials don't want to have to constantly be chasing payola in the campaign finance arms race. It's just hard to change a paradigm from the inside.
You know I thought I recalled something like that. I was commenting while sleepy, I remember talking about how Netanyahu preferred Trump and was trying to make Biden eat shit. I guess recognising Jerusalem bought Trump that treatment.
I can report that they do not, at least not in Calais.
Regrettably, they are otherwise senseless. I was able to order a "French taco" i.e. a burrito that included (owing to a sleep deprived mind that was entirely failing to speak French intelligently) harissa sauce, ham, a beef burger patty, kebab, and frites.
It was actually edible, but I'm going to learn more French before I go back.
Yes, so much. I listened to that book and his writing voice is a lot less natural, almost stilted. I'm so used to his style of highly refined extemporising that hearing him read aloud weirds me out. Dan if you're in danger blink twice! Help is on the way just do whatever they ask!
I see people who are showing concern borne of experience, and with marked consensus. If you're confident they're wrong about your situation, it still may be worth reflecting on what they've learned and to limit your ambitions - or at least, consider building things on a more conservative timeline than you were imagining. Have big dreams, but start with biting off an amount you can certainly chew.
