  • I don’t really track it closely but I typically do 3-4 liters a day in addition to whatever caffeine carrier fits the day (coffee, soda, e-drink)

    Part of that is I shifted my stress eating into stress drinking water. Also now i just feel weird if I don’t drink so much.

  • Newsom is a great example of what’s wrong with the Democratic Party.

    He knows what wins, he knows the messaging. He knows how people want him to govern.

    And he says he’s all that.

    And then he sweeps up and arrests homeless people because they’re doing some sports thing and we can’t have that instead of doing anything that would actually be a solution.

    The dude is a hypocrite. He’s not gonna be the solution to our problems. At best he’ll just keep things from getting even worse while the GOP find some one to replace Trump.
