There are no laws, we made the whole thing up. The people with the power to enforce can make up whatever laws they want and nothing is forcing them to apply the rules consistently.
Yeah, I'm not defending the democrats. I'm just saying the reason they have support is they're perceived as not as bad as the nazis and it's really fucking tragic that America is at that point where all a party has to do to get support is be perceived as the only viable alternative to literal nazis.
I also think this. But I also thought the No Kings protesters were going to be masss murdered and the world cup teams were going to end up in detention camps, so hopefully things won't be as bad as I think this time either
Or else what? What do you plan to do if they screw up again and why aren't you doing it NOW? why give them another chance? Because you have no means to actually do anything, you're like the mom saying you're going to count to three when you have no plan for consequences if they don't do as you ask. If you have the means to implement consequences, fucking do it.
Saying I believe they will fuck up with no consequences isn't giving permission, it's naking a prediction. I have no means to change what is going to happen. If I could punish them, I would
I'm of two minds. A global government could be used to keep corrupt world leaders like Trump, Putin, and Netanyahu in check. On the flip side, if one of those people managed to take control of it, it could be really hard for good world leaders to fight back. So, like any government, it's good as long as the right people are in charge
Where did i give them permission to disappoint? Believing it will happen isn't the same as accepting it. Saying I have no faith or trust in them isn't giving them permission to do bad
But which people? In the eyes of MAGA, they count for less if they're poor, unemployed, disabled, democrat, gay, transgender, or non-caucasian
