ACAB, Anti-War, and I hate Democrats, Republicans, and billionaires. (Yes, even your favorite billionaire: the pop star, the philanthropost, the legendary athlete, or the soft-spoken investment guru who cosplays as middle class.) With each passing day I get a little closer to hating everyone.

    Yes, Trump is worse, but the Clintons, Obamas, and Bidens of the world paved the shit road so the Trumps of the world could run amok.

  • If you're looking for low impact, there are lots of great step workouts on YT that I like to use whenever I need to shake things up a little. My go-to is Get Fit With Rick.

    Doing pilates is good exercise as well if you can't put any weight on that foot.

  • I only carry mine often because it's my step counter, but I can just as easily use a $15 pedometer or dumb phone for that and keep the main phone where it should be, in a faraday bag.
