Artist, musical performer, and former derby skater from the Midwest.

I'm single, childless, and married to freedom and adventure.

ACAB, Anti-War, and I hate Democrats, Republicans, and billionaires. (Yes, even your favorite billionaire: the pop star, the philanthropost, the legendary athlete, or the soft-spoken investment guru who cosplays as middle class.) With each passing day I get a little closer to hating everyone.

Also, I refuse to use Donald's last name out of hatred for the man and his brand, FYI.

  • The wrong founder died, unfortunately.

  • Whoever it is, I appreciate them. :)

  • Could be.

I have a fan that auto-downvotes all my posts. I'm not sure who it is, but probably someone on my block list.

  • If you're on Windows, the new O&O ShutUp gives you the option to delete Copilot.

  • Just myself. I am Ken this Halloween. (The rollerblade version.)

I spent around $120 gathering all the different elements of the costume, and it looks superb.

  • Time travel, not to change anything, just to be able to experience things that no longer exist or relive memories.

  • Pfft

I love the FV. No ads. No algorithm.

And that it requires a little effort means fewer dumbass jerks around.

  • Just leave it in another room.

For a week or two you'll reach for it because you're conditioned to do so, but you'll eventually break that weird urge.

  • Is this person absolutely sure their girlfriend isn't an LLM hallucination?

  • Yeah, I'm also sick of people pretending that a terrorist ideology is just another harmless position, as if a person is deciding between ketchup and mustard and not literally in support of gassing an entire race of people.

  • Just another stupid story to distract from the Epstein files.

  • The things I love about reading are that I don't need people to do it, it can be done anywhere, and I get to direct the movie happening in my head.

The thing I love about weight-lifting is putting Gen Z'ers to shame on the bench press.

  • If you're in the US, you'll probably get away with it. In the last two neighborhoods I've lived in we had people who planted trees of their own accord and no one lifted a finger to stop them. (Which I'm happy about.)

  • There are going to be so, so many false positives.

Not that it matters. The shitty data LLM's produce hasn't stopped them yet.

  • I got an older laptop and set up a Mint dual-boot, just because there are a few things I need Windows for, but I'm on Linux 99% of the time.

I did find in the past that a dual-boot didn't work well on an old Lenovo I owned, so I picked Acer this time, and it works really well. I just don't want to have to worry about my privacy all the time, so Linux + my Proton VPN helps ease my anxiety.

  • I don't understand this person's appeal.

  • This shit is ghoulish.

  • It's a great ad.

  • Because they actually might. These economic conditions are threatening their very survival.

So don't let schadenfreude make you stupid.
