    Yeah basically I've known psychos.

    Someone actually did dox me on their Facebook and I already disliked them to begin with, but they went into the “I hate this fucking person” part with me when I discovered that they doxxed me. And no matter if there’s any chance at all to attempt to reconcile any difference, they’ve crossed that line, I don’t trust them and again, I hate the living shit out of them for it.

    Doxxing is also an unforgivable for me. Also in a lot of cases e.g twitter arguments or against public figures, it's akin to attempted murder.

  • How many of these "What from reddit do you hope to never see on lemmy?" replies have aged like milk, and which have aged like wine?

    Please don’t let /c/asklemmy become like /r/askreddit, which had half of the front-page posts being the same sex related questions every month.

    FINE WINE. We made a different community for that, and everyone remembered to use it. I think Lemmy users have a greater sense of shame than Redditors - people don't really like asking that bland sex stuff

  • There is a setting in some instances for turning off seeing images and maybe you clicked it by accident. But i'm guessing you already checked settings thoroughly. There's also a setting which hides thumbnails, so it might look like you inky have text posts

    What kind of comms are you following? So we can make sure you're not just following really inactive communities
