I have, multiple times now, demonstrated that a very large number of people recognize this artist as sexist with specific examples going back many years.
The comic is a take on all men and all women, belittling all harm done by women to men, and her responses and the aforementioned follow-up comic reinforce that. Sexism is always bad. Pizzacake is a bad person.
And that's not even the worst one, she made another post doubling down about it later but that one may have been scrubbed from any decent corner of the internet.
