Why?

  • People forget that morality, legality, and constitutionality are all different. Andrew Jackson ignored court orders regarding treaties with the Cherokee, nothing bad happened, because the people supported him. Lincoln blockaded the South without congressional approval, that was a good thing, also unconstitutional. He suspended habeas corpus, which was also unconstitutional. ICE is likely not breaking the constitution in many instances. However, that doesn't make their actions the slightest bit less abjorrent and evil. The constitution is a centuries old piece of paper. If anything, the Bill of Rights and some ot the other amendments (namely the 14th) are significantly more valuable.

  • Yeah, you shouldn't have had them in the first place. Because it's an llm.

  • Unfortunately, Trump's numbers still aren't the lowest they've taken. Lowest was Truman in February(?) 1952.

  • The youngest son? I find that unlikely. I'd guess either Eric or Donald Jr., whichever is older, assuming the older one doesn't die before the younger.

  • Think it's important to point out that they didn't do that by choice.

  • Very Important People is great, I don't quite understand how some of the costumes are done, so it's extremely impressive.

  • They probably wish that the days of serfdom would come back.

  • Hey, the Ghoul is pretty- well. Also fictional. Still works I guess???

  • It's pretty easy imo. Don't say anything too stupid, but if you do say something controversial once in a while, people probably won't hate you too much for it, or even remember it, unless it's REALLY weird, like the two separate people that were talking about stomachs getting pierced in fencing (both made it sound like a fetish). Most people are pretty left-leaning, you'll find some tankies once in a while, it's probably better that you ignore them. Most people have an obsession with Linux. A lot of us like piracy. Most people do seem to talk about politics a lot, although that may just be my personal homepage. Besides all that, it's simple, just have fun with it. You'll start recognizing the same 25 names over and over again if you're here for a while.

  • I'm not the target demographic either, I just think that it's interesting. I do understand it though, it's just a bunch of trans autistic puppygirls that are trying to date each other, extremely entertaining to watch from outside. Sometimes I relate a little to the depressed stuff, but besides that, I have absolutely no reason to like going there.

  • Bro, you have femcel memes blocked, don't you? Missing out ngl

  • I'd say the p's and a's need a bit more definition, but it's better than mine for sure. The x looks a little off, but definitely legible. Pretty good, 8.5/10.

  • Hope something similar doesn't happen to my local library. Probably will though.

  • Individuals with autism and other differences deserve to exist in the future. My brother and I were born with autism, my brother was born with much higher support needs. Yes, there can be challenges, of course there are. But he's happy enough, and I'm not sure he would be happier as a neurotypical. My parents? Well, they might've preferred he not be.

Personally, I'd never choose to born without my autism or ADHD, because it's arguably a part of who I am. If I was born without either, my life would be unrecognizable.

Would I choose to be born with Down Syndrome? I don't know. I've never had it. I might've been a happier person. Might've had way worse of a life. I'd ask some people with it if they'd rather been born without it. Is it not immoral to remove a potential part of their being without their consent?

Let me be clear, I'm sure that plenty of both groups would prefer to have never had it. A majority, I don't know, not sure any surveys or studies have been done on the matter. Not sure there's any way to prove that the issues on either side outweigh the other.

On the discrimination, don't you think that plenty of people will be doing this because of their prejudices?

Also, the original question WAS just a question. It was a bit suggestive, my apologies. I was a bit tired.

  • Would you prefer that autistics and those with down syndrome cease to exist?

  • Look up designer babies.

  • Allowed, sure, just don't think it's a good idea to completely change who you are. I want humans to be recognizable as such. I'm more worried about what parents will be doing to their children, that's where the eugenics shit becomes a problem. Getting rid of "undesirable" traits and whatnot.

  • I'm aware, I just wasn't thinking about that this morning lol
