    That's not vandalism nor is there any proof anyone has ever been charged for it (never mind successfully prosecuted).

    Show me the law specifically, as far as I am aware, no such law exists in any state.

    Sure, some badge heavy cop could find a bullshit charge they claim fits, but that isn't the same thing, not even close.

    If tried to file a report, the police would laugh at me because that's fucking absurd.

    I tried explain to you that, fpr all practical matters, you are incorrect, but fortunately for me, I'm not too invested in educating you on what vandalism is and isn't.
