  • Turn a blind eye, got it.

  • 100%. Also, I can't believe people are down voting this comment. I guess people love the hypocrisy? Why do I even bother.

  • Seeing as how it says "guys", you're just choosing to ignore the plain-face meaning in favor of your own interpretation. If you reverse the gender roles, everyone would be going wild about it being anti-women. Choosing not to act is the same as choosing to enable sexist behavior, whether you like it or not.

  • I will not "be mad at the other men who helped create this scenario" because I am not responsible for their actions, and I have no idea who they are. How about you stop being sexist and spend the effort it takes to be angry at the specific niche subgroup of people who pissed you off?

  • It's annoying to have never called a woman emotional, and then to be called emotional in response to something I've never done.

Its almost like whoever made this meme is doing the exact same thing they're complaining about--hilarious.

  • Absolutely disgusting

  • 350 million people in the US and none of them are talented enough for this guy. The government had 350 million chances to educate and professionalize, and here we are outsourcing to India because Musk isn't happy with the current crop.

    Lmao

  • Just here trying to create an emotional and practical safe zone for myself, family, and my friends, and fuck the rest of 'em

  • Everybody is ridiculous. I'm not saying people aren't racist, but there's no way to act on that fact. Go ahead and try lol. Now if you had money, it wouldn't matter because you could afford a good lawyer to keep you out of trouble. Not everybody can be rich, but at least they can act on it. Good luck "acting on racism" because everybody already knows and nobody is going to change their mind if they're already racist.

    Do whatever you want!

  • The race thing is just a diversion from the fact that financial prosperity is the true great division that separates us. But just keep believing that white people have it easier just because they're white, because that's much better for the oligarchs.

  • What did Biden do, exactly?

  • Just a pick a new job from the magical job tree, where jobs are free and plentiful and ripe for the taking

  • Didn't verify, but someone said it was only reversed in like one out of the five proposed states. Figures

  • Not an expert, but an enthusiast. The universe can typically be considered homogeneous and isotropic on a large scale (it looks the same in all areas, and also looks similar no matter which direction you happen to be looking) for the sake of understanding and performing physical calculations. The beach may also be considered homogeneous and isototropic, but we know that if we dig down, we'll find interesting materials, organisms, and even various grades of sand (for context).

The universe is roughly symmetrical even though there are structures and features of great complexity when you look close enough (such as atoms, you, me, horses, and icebergs). This is probably because the universe originated from a single infinitely dense point where there wasn't room for much diversity or clumping of matter. As the universe expanded, random quantum fluctuations and coalescence, perhaps due to gravity and the various electrical and atomic forces, is to thank for the formation of elements, stars, and galaxies, over the last 14 billion years (or however old the Universe is supposed to be).

Anyways. It's represented as symmetrical because it's convenient and true on a large scale, but its always more complicated the deeper you look.

  • The people that have been put in charge have literally said that things are going to get worse and more expensive. Why not believe them?

  • Well, I just saw a news article today about how Trump was immediately going to kick every trans person out of the military. Also been seeing articles for years now about Republicans trying to ban sexual realignment surgery even for adults. So what more proof do we need that there's a problem?

  • I feel you... but without "growth", how will all these children get job, and how will we get promotions?

  • I feel you, but also, they'll have less money too. Some of them will lose jobs and go hungry in the interim, and I'm not going to try to argue where the "appropriate" starvation balance is. But it -will- happen.

  • No matter how you slice it, it simply ends in America's living with a "lowered" quality of life. The reason we buy things from overseas is because it was cheaper and nobody wanted to pay for the expensive American version. Even the current high-end American products we have will find themselves struggling when people have to pick and choose what they can afford going forward.

I'm also a little indifferent about the whole thing. I just think its going to be hilarious if it goes down and people end up struggling even more after voting Trump. I'll have my schadenfreude-popcorn ready constantly to munch on over the next four years.
