  • Can you really blame a company for not helping with your issues caused by 3rd party unoriginal parts?

But regarding parts not matching despite 3rd party sellers claiming they do, it is quite common for these cheap Chinese printer manufacturers to continuously develop products (both in terms of functionality and production price optimization) with no publically available official versioning to distinguish them.

  • I've tried the demo for a few hours, I generally love problem solving in games especially the type of things I saw in factorio clips.

But man that game felt more like work than playing a game, complete soul sucking repetitive boredom...it quickly felt ridiculous and a Sisyphean task to keep "playing" just for the sake of it.

  • It's weird that pop culture has morphed Medusa in to being attractive...originally the myth is that she's so horrifyingly ugly that people turn to stone when they see her.

  • I still have an old FR235 that's about a decade old now as a backup, aside from the battery life being very poor (it lasts just long enough for a 1h run on a full charge) it works fine.

  • AFAIK they are still fully functional with all features at time of sale still available to them. It's not like they bricked the devices or stopped supporting them in the app or the Garmin ecosystem.

  • Fenix 7 which was only released in 2023. Surely nobody keeps an $800 watch for more than a year, right?

I mean, even if it was released end of 2023, that's two years now, not just one...

  • Personally I'd rather build a second printer from scratch instead of making that mod. It sucks having a nonfunctional partly disassembled printer, and then needing to print a part for it that you did not expect.

  • That won't mine any if your data in a privacy-invading way so it can be sold...

  • Fairly indifferent TBH

  • Did you hear it or should I repeat?

  • I mean, thisis pretty much the same for all languages...

Fivehundredfiftyfivethousandfivehundredandfiftyfive is not really any easier

  • When has facts ever stopped marketing...

  • You let the kids stay in the house!? We just leave ours chained in the back yard, otherwise the house gets so messy.

  • Of course, it's 17.99/mo to access the store

  • It used to be normal to print on glass/mirror beds...it hasn't really been a thing on printers for some years now since spring steel PEI sheets became the standard even for the cheapest entry level printers. So my guess is this is either a fairly old printer or a homemade budget-printer.
