  • Natalie is out here changing his diaper and wiping his ass and she gets the same amount as everyone else?

  • Also likely wanting to curtail sex work in general, as Westerners were going to former Soviet countries for sex tourism.

In fact, right after Russia invaded Ukraine, “Ukrainian women” became a top 10 pornhub search.

  • Rip Mac Miller

  • If Harris were competent, she likely would’ve won. Honestly, I’m convinced that she didn’t want the position, as she put in zero effort to distinguish herself from Biden.

She just sort of floated to the vice presidency on the failures of other politicians and then was forced into the spotlight after Biden lost donor support. Her campaign slogan was, “Nothing will change,” and it was completely expected that she would lose.

  • By keeping him around it’s going to come up to what degree he holds influence or has final say, or if the new CEO is relying on him too heavily.

  • Now there’s going to be a question of whether he’s still running the company.

  • Could you give us some examples?

  • Coolidge did the same thing. It’s just a coin and within the norm for big anniversary years.

He has so many crimes, this is so minor I’d rather focus on the corruption that you can’t opt out of. Just don’t buy the coin.

  • The president has these companies hostage in terms of trade rules. They appease him or they lose out, and considering the state of big tech, they need friends, because the AI bubble has drained their supply chains of resources.

  • They have all the heat for Democrats and have infinite power for law fare attacks. Surprised more congressmen haven’t been arrested.

  • We really have hit the final form for many technologies. I remember the reviewer, Marques Brownlee saying that we’ve reached “peak” smartphone. Our devices are now in their final form, with only small tweaks from year to year, like better batteries, faster chips, more ram. But the interface, dimensions, etc. are set.

Very much like a car gets better mileage or safety features, but the underlying tech hit its peak and the most recent change for automobiles was the emergence of the SUV in the 1990s, a generation ago.

AI is peak internet search. Instead of searching for a page, giving that page traffic and funding it through ads or affiliates, AI destroys the source by copying and starving the website of traffic. The search becomes an encyclopedia of information delivered as if written by a person. Nice for a quick question, even good enough to write that essay you’ve been putting off. But not good enough to build a new electrical grid and drain the local aquifer.

  • I say end all participation in all wars. No more guns, bombs, or weapons for anyone. Focus on domestic infrastructure and services.

  • Candidates lose when nobody endorses them. In Hong’s case she could’ve pulled through with a Bernie or AOC endorsement.

The other 2 should’ve never entered. Campaigns are popularity contests and if you know you’re unlikely to win voters or have skeletons in your closet you should stay home or work for somebody else’s campaign.

  • You either have to wait for Motorola or get a new Pixel.

  • Buy a Pixel or wait for Motorola to release their GrapheneOS compatible smartphone.

  • Happy to show the way, as always. ;)

  • Now we have view inflation on top of losing the dislike button and the UI consistently getting worse.

  • there’s a typo at the end,

“These isolas are now much harder to find in the [pail] of slop, and I don’t see a way back.”
