  • I'm not sure. I drew it a long time ago. Maybe it was one of the ones I didn't want to edit or something.

  • Yeah, i thought of that, but I didn't want to switch their positions

  • I'm right about a lot of things. Let me know what Goofus and Gallant are up to.

  • You're not Espresso City reader material. I suggest you read things you can understand, Just read Highlights magazine or something. Good wholesome work for kids.

  • I think you understand the joke

  • Yeah, it's weird to me. It's an issue, and I add mouths when I remember, but no matter what I do, I can't see them as noses. I've also been told they still look like mouths even after I add the mouth, so I don't know what to do

  • Are you offended?

  • Yeah, he's FUCKING the ukulele 🙄

  • I seriously can't seem to see that. But since it has been mentioned numerous times, I have made sure to add a mouth. Even that feels a little weird to me. But to see the nose as a mouth after I add a mouth, I don't know. I don't want to change the nose.

You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose...

  • Actually, no. Most of my comics are three panels long, and laid out like the old style newspapers. I'm converting them to the new standard four panel square which means I have to add a panel. Sometimes it can get awkward or I need to figure out what I should add. So this was originally three panels

  • I started adding the mouth because it does seem to confuse people, but it makes me uncomfortable. And sometimes I forget as I did with this comic.

  • Yeah, "ouch", I'm not a really good artist, but you know what? I enjoy doing this. It brings me peace. If comics were only good from their art, we wouldn't have strips like The Far Side. Ouch!

  • It's so strange to me that the nose is perceived as a mouth, especially when the first panel clearly indicates that. Anyway, the message explains what I need to know. If that's how it is, I'll have to make the necessary adjustments.

  • Thank you. It's just a matter of preference. Like music. I might not like Nirvana but I'm not going to comment on how they're so bad. There are so many weird comics that get hate that I like probably because they're obscure. And there are many really popular ones that I can't understand why. I have so many comics and these are the early ones. I know which ones are better than others. I cringe at some of my stuff, but I want people to see how I progress and change over the years. To comment "these are so bad" is just hurtful and immature. But I keep going. I understand people are like that, and I don't wish any illwill on anyone like that. I just hope they find the ones they do like and support that artist. I'm not for everyone.

  • Thanks for your constructive feedback. I expect you to read all of them

  • Your guess is as good as mine
