I somewhat agree. In what metric were schools performing good in the past 2 or 3 decades? Feels like average school kids were never critical thinkers or whatever metric. reading abilities for example
But units aside, that is really nothing. The car itself already has about 3 m² area or about 3 kW of sunlight. The issue is the CO2 (globally) and pollution from the car (locally, causing smog etc.).
Ah, got it. So you need WiFi if you want to reliably turn off GPS, that is a good solution.
