  • Atari ST gang represent!

  • But is it rusty?

  • Oh no Don Ho!

  • Bwahwitdahadahahahahaha

  • Are you somehow implying Devo was a Europop band?

  • Probably Doctors Epstein and Barr.

  • I watched Doctor Who in the early '80s, but not on PBS. An independent TV station out of New Jersey, WWOR showed four episodes on Saturday mornings starting at 9 or 10. I don't think our local PBS station (channel 13) ever showed it, but channel 21 out of Long Island eventually did.

Edit: The American TV movie was 1996.

  • Beep boop, boop beep.

  • Upvote for The KLF.

  • I wonder what this means for the Steam Machine.

  • Time for pet peeve venting.

In The Klingon Dictionary written by Marc Okrand and published around the release of The Search for Spock, the word is "ghargh" and is defined as "serpent, worm" meaning it's a generic term used to refer to worm-like things.

In "A Matter of Honor" Riker calls it" Serpent-worm", making it into a proper noun. More the fault of Burton Armus who wrote the script than Johnathan Frakes, but annoying either way.

    Venting complete.

  • $17.14 USD at the time I checked.

  • It really depends on their intensity and local light conditions. I saw them once when I was a kid while sitting around a campfire out in the middle of nowhere and they were spectacular.

  • Back in the late '90s there was a very early Flash-based website for a company called Eye4U. Looking at it today it's nothing special and even a little corny, but at the time it was mind-blowing. It was like nothing else on the web.

  • Rockit by Herbie Hancock. It's a great hip-hop/electronica track, but the rest of his work is mostly jazz.

  • Well, he did and he didn't...

  • The question is not whether a similar movie could be made, it's if the movie itself, as it exists currently could be made. And Pretty Baby absolutely could not.
