At this point, after going through so many of your comments, I have to assume you're pretty young and definitely dumb. I remember being younger and dumber and idealistic. Then I grew up.
When you're young and dumb it's hard to grasp that someone can support a party without explicitly supporting everything they do. Don't worry, one day when you're less young and dumb you'll start dabbling in nuance and this will all start making sense to you.

Also depends on the type of election. If you aren't a fascist and you don't vote Dem in a FEDERAL election (presidency) then there is something broken inside your brain and you need to immediately seek a more thorough education.
There is more nuance in smaller local/state elections though. But, assuming you aren't a fascist, you still need to determine whether a Republican (fascist) will win if you don't vote Dem.
If you want to vote 3rd party you need to accept that you are getting in on an enterprise building up from the basement of a very large building. You're going to need to vote 3rd party for very small local offices for a very long time before you can start voting for them on a state level, and even longer before voting for them on a federal level. There is no cheat code to bypass this.
