  • I mean the billionaires are largely able to do what they do because Boomers spent decades voting against the interests of everyone that isn't a billionaire.

Blame can be placed on more than one thing at a time. And should be.

  • 5 out of 7 days laboring for someone else.

I was raised by a single mother with a full time job. I feel like I only knew her on weekends. And even then she was sleeping or doing chores/errands. We're not super close now. And I think that's largely because we just didn't get the time during those developmental years.

And as you can imagine, if people aren't getting quality time with their parents growing up, those people may end up without the guidance they need to be decent people with a strong moral compass or have the skills to handle adulthood.

    Our society is ill.

  • Look.

We all know boomers individually and like them.

Yes, we should be focusing more on class warfare than generational warfare.

But the bottom line is, as a generation, they were/are AWFUL. Quite possibly the most greedy generation of humans to ever exist. Because they had so much more than any other generation I can think of but are so unwilling to share, even on their way out. And their entire lifetime of voting habits proves how greedy they are.

Their generation has been in control for quite some time now and they are leaving us major environmental problems, an economic shitstorm, and completely off the rails politics.

    They failed.

  • If you guys keep spamming genocide eventually we'll start believing both sides are the same.

Just keep doing it. You're almost there.

  • Small pp

  • I'm struggling to think of a more prolific loser in the annals of human history.

  • I'm down with leaving half the White House looking like Gaza. Seems appropriate.

  • Do trans people have rights in conservative strongholds?

Ask a Nazi if Jews have rights and you'll get your answer.

  • Does the GOP even have a platform beyond open bigotry at this point?

  • Bingo.

The failure of American voters to inform themselves and vote responsibly has gotten us so deep into this that I'm starting to doubt we'll be able to claw our way out. Realistically, this country will probably be unrecognizable within a few decades.

  • Don't even need to bother looking into it. I already know whoever this is is incompetent and probably also evil.

  • He should try one that does the opposite.

  • A traitor to the United States of America and an enemy of mankind.

  • I mean I think it's a good idea that we don't legally allow teens to smoke and drink.

And I consider social media to be pretty harmful to developing minds. Hell, even adults minds. So I'm not totally against it.

  • people like this were truly misguided and deluded.

And also inherently stupid. And stupid people tend to not truly learn from their mistakes.

That is why I, and many others here, are skeptical.

Yes, they were affected by propaganda and group think, but they also already experienced one failed presidency with this CONVICTED FELON and ADJUDICATED RAPIST and still threw in their support. That's actual stupidity, and not just influence from peers or "news" networks.

  • Same thing with Bush Jr. I remember it clearly. They got disillusioned with him because he was an idiot and caused a lot of problems. Then along came Trump, who is worse, and they all jumped onboard no questions asked.
