  • Do you use the right shift key?

  • My keyboard has two shift keys. I don't think I've ever used the right shift key, not even for usage with emulators for consoles with a lot of buttons... the modifier is always the left shift key since it's closest to my left hand and I can have my right hand on the other side where the arrow keys are. The arrow keys, WASD, Z, X, A, S, Q,W, 1, 2 etc have always been sufficient for most games.

  • Do other people 'edge' going to sleep? Why is this a thing?

  • My username is Corno because one, I'm not good at thinking up usernames, and two, I was REALLY craving cornflakes at the time and "Corno" just sounds kinda goofy in a way that immortalized my craving for a certain type of breakfast cereal at some ungodly hour of the morning.

    • Creating games: Good enough that my IT teacher was impressed enough that he recommended that I go into the game industry
    • Drawing: Good enough that I've got hundreds of followers and a lot of people like my art
    • Games: I can beat the original Pikmin in 7 in-game days and I also beat Mushihimesama Futari's final boss on Ultra Mode.

    Why do I get error when try to upload a photo?

  • Which error are you getting? Lemmy can be weird sometimes! If you're getting an invalid token error the only means of rectifying it that I've found is to make the image both small in resolution and also a JPEG.
