  • How people can be hateful to others because of what their skin colour is, what their sex is, or because they have a disability. In the grand scheme of things our lives are short, so why not spend that time on loving people rather than hating them for things beyond their control which harms no one?

  • I'd love to visit the Akkala region and Tabantha Frontier regions from Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom.

Akkala because I love the almost desolate kind of vibe, seems like it'd be an ideal place to retire and just relax and enjoy the view. I also love the red trees. They remind me of red maples, which are my favourite trees.

Tabantha Frontier because it's home to the Rito (bird people) and has a colder climate. I also love how rocky it is!

  • I was given drugs for a tooth extraction and while I do not remember anything about it after I was given the drugs, my friend who was with me did. I had gauze in my mouth and I wanted some fries really badly. I basically walked into the window like an NPC with bad AI and my friend was like, "Elaine don't come in, I'll get some for you!" while trying not to laugh because I was staring into the window with my hands on the glass and my eyes were wide open like I was on crack or something.

Then when she gave me the fries I walked over to a bench outside and I started furiously eating them in a way that looked "savage", all while I had gauze in my mouth! 😂 Everyone was giving me weird looks or laughing. She called a taxi so we could go home and the first thing the driver said was "woah woah woah is she gonna throw up or?"and my friend told him "no she's not drunk she's had a tooth extraction and it's the drugs".

When I got home I passed out in bed and slept for like 20+ hours.

  • "ee-NUUM" seems like it would roll of the tongue easier than the former and that's the way I would say it too because of what it's short for, so I get it!

  • Sawteeth - Growing Sprout

The part starting from 3:30 is my earworm. The sample which sounds like birdsong interspersed here and there coupled with the futuristic beats and atmospheric sounds makes me feel like I just travelled a thousand years into the future and I'm inside some gargantuan rainforest biodome that's in space, but it's more like a 1990's or early 2000's depiction of the future. Absolutely love it when music can evoke such vivid mental imagery!

  • Based on experience, they tend to be people with a tough exterior but with the kindest hearts.

  • Neither, I don't use my phone for social media. I use the PC version of everything.

  • Get better at my art.

  • Yesterday. I can't remember the last bad day I've had. 2024 has been one of the best years of my life

  • Just looking up pictures of it on Google images, it's a detailed artstyle with a rather unique shading style, one that I'd consider to bear some similarities to comic book art styles, but not quite the same. Namely it seems to use multi-banded cel shading for the characters with areas of black in specific places. That's just a super quick summary from an artist based on skimming through some pictures of the game. I think I'd find it difficult to recreate the style convincingly because there are more fine factors to the art style than the ones I mentioned here.

  • Keep myself healthy. My future self would thank me for it.

  • Me too until quite recently!

  • I do! My dreams are typically very surreal and weird, things that would make the backrooms seem comfortable. Everything in the dream looks as real as it does in real life, too. I attribute this to me seemingly having hyperphantasia (on that famous "imagine an apple" graph, I am a 1, an apple in my head looks exactly as an apple does in real life). Last night I had this dream I was some kind of gigantic were-lobster that had wings. I couldn't fly very far because my wings were like smallish dragonfly wings, but it was a fun (albeit weird) experience.

  • It's the one that happens later on in the movie towards the end, though the first scene you mentioned is definitely one that still gets me teary eyed!

  • Much phat, very rotund

  • Definitely! At least the food was great.

  • I was inside of a Chinese restaurant. The walls were a mixture of red and gold, food was great, and I needed to go to the bathroom. I asked this young Chinese lady where the bathroom was, and she pointed to a door. I went to the bathroom and when I came back out I realized that the "restaurant" was some kind of non-euclidean space. I didn't end up in the same place I came from, and with each corner I turned, even if I went back, I'd be in a new area of the restaurant, each one different to the other and each area not being logically consistent with the previous geometry. I woke up kind of freaked out because the dream was so trippy. Doesn't help that I seem to have hyperphantasia either, so when I dream everything looks as real as it does in real life...
