  • This is what I was also going to advise! Pick a couple of styles to emulate for a purpose and use them. In my 20s I picked up block print so I could write to my buddies in the armed forces without the censors throwing my stuff away. It also comes in handy for whiteboarding at work. If you are into game design, maybe pick a style from one of the D&D dungeon illustrations and it might come in handy for your purposes?
