  • What a joke. Harris, the ex-prosecutor who worked directly with police to send people to jail would have somehow banned these devices? Based on what exactly, the (D) next to her name?

These cameras are all over Democratic cities because they love surveillance too. Look how many stories about people wrongfully accused/arrested of crimes based on junk Flock data have come out of places like Colorado and California.

Furthermore Democrats are all on board with other mass surveillance laws such as the KIDS Act, requiring people to show ID to install operating systems or go online, which has a majority support amongst both Democratic and Republican legislators. Obama happily continued the PATRIOT Act, and the list goes on.

What a bunch of absolute nonsense pulled straight from your behind.

  • Or 250 preemptive pardons for himself and all his cabinet members.

  • He also said that people who oppose them are "terrorists" in another interview.

  • Watch out for overhangs on models. Every feature needs a surface to print on.

Also, probably not such a thing anymore, but give some time to get to know your printer before doing mods to it. It's near impossible to troubleshoot issues when you dont know whether the issue is caused by a defect with a new printer or something caused by a modification.

Keep your filament stored in something whether it be ziploc bags or those fancy filament storage containers. Also get some desiccant and hygrometers so you can actually dry and measure. I have found the desiccant bags to be pretty worthless while the little colored or white balls/pellets work well and can be recharged.

  • This really depends on what you're watching it on. 480p can look fine on a phone but like garbage on a 65" OLED. I find that 720p is good for most shows that aren't visually stunning (like Foundation) while most movies look fine in 1080p on the aforementioned OLED.

  • This can work fine if you're just a single user/household since you can ensure that you're only acquiring audio/video codecs that will play without transcoding but gets more challenging if you're also sharing remotely with others since you don't necessarily know what devices they're using to watch which may require transcoding.

  • It'll probably be classified as terrorism before too long.

  • Thats because the delivery robot is corporate property while people are not (currently).

  • This sounds very dry and very British.

  • Today, a McDouble is $2.79 in my area and drinks are $1.59, $1.79, or $1.89 depending on size. I'm looking at a minimum of $7.17 for the same meal I used to eat a decade ago, not counting tax.

They actually have a McDouble meal for $6 now that has a McDouble, 4pc nuggets, fries, and a drink.

  • I havent seen that. Here in the PNW, even formerly cheap sit-down restaurants have doubled their prices in the last few years. Red Robin's used to have burgers and bottomless fries for $9.99 and now those burgers are smaller "tavern style" and the fry portion is smaller and they want $18 for it.

  • This could also be explained by the entire rest of the market being different flavors of the exact same thing. A little over a decade ago, we actually had choices in what type of phone we wanted. Now, if you want anything other than an identical slab, foldables are your only choice.

  • More range not only means driving further without charging but also fewer charge cycles being needed.

Imagine it being like your phone when you play games and the battery dies after 6 hours. How long do you think your phone's battery is going to last when you're regularly charging it that often? Now imagine you paid $30k-$100k for the phone and you'll see why range is important to most people.

I personally have a 100 mile work commute and have decided not to get an EV for the time being because I want one I can keep at least a decade like my current ICE (Camry) without worrying about a $20k battery replacement or having to constantly keep it on a charger. It looks like the new solid state batteries should solve this issue but nobody is producing them yet.

  • You can sue in federal court if the act was breaking federal law. This is how most civil rights abuse cases are filed.

  • That is something I've been meaning to do since installing it but haven't yet months later. I do keep mine powered constantly so I might not have your same issue but it would be really shitty to actually need it someday and find out it hadn't been recording this whole time.

  • The more I see from groups like this, I cant help but agree. Maybe its all the isolation and paranoia knowing that most of the people around you are just using you for your money or influence and don't give a shit about you.

  • I watch a lot of dashcam videos on YouTube and the Viofo ones are consistently good quality video. I wound up getting the A119 but haven't recorded anything interesting enough to pull footage yet.

  • We're probably seeing the marketing plan right now.
