German here. I once made a playlist of my favorite german punk songs, 'cuz it's my main genre.
The playlist isn't up to date anymore because I quit using Spotify, but maybe you can find some cool songs from there!

I hate that I got shadowbanned on Reddit only for this reason. Lemmy is too small to vent to a community that has the same mind as you, and now I feel like some trust-person is missing in my life. It's soo dumb and weird, but yeah.. sorry about that dumb question and thanks for the great answer!
For me it's always more on the sad side. When I'm down, and I start to listen to my kind of sad music, it mostly starts to go down the real bad spirale, which kinda means... well, selfharm.
