  • How could someone rig this game? The value is in the cases and the contestant is picking which to open. Perhaps I don't understand what you mean by rigged?

    I've watched a lot of DOND, and I think I've seen one person walk away with the million case, maybe 15 years ago. Maybe it was a replay or a highlights episode you saw? Most players just keep it safe and walk away with something before they have real money on the line.

  • I just saw an article on fox business about Arizona Tea raising their prices due to aluminum tariffs, filled with comments calling the company "liberal puppets", claiming they are price gouging and calling for the government to start regulating the prices for everything.

    Maga are fully prepared to say every company is anti-trump and raising prices to spite great leader. Gonna be a wild ride.

  • Good luck trying to find any rational in these legislations, there is none. I can still search for "sexy naked sex" and get thousands of explict image results from google in FL. The laws are not protecting kids, but they are embarrassing legal aged adults and putting sites and creators that previously tried to cooperate out of business.

    Edit - hell, the fact reddit and X are somehow exempt should say everything. Sites that kids would visit for totally non-explicit purposes and end up exposed to top trending titties.

  • IMO any cat that has shelter, food, and a loving home is living a good life. Your time away for work won't bother them, a cat will spend 8+ hours sleeping even while you're around no problem. The longest I'd go on a multiday trip is 2 days without someone checking in and cleaning up liter boxes, with auto feeder I think you're good there too.

    All that said - I'd still reconsider getting a pair. I wish we got ours together at the same time, we waited 2 years and it was a marked difference in my first cat's personality having a buddy (erm, sparring partner) and I do feel it's better for them in general. They'll do fine solo though. Don't let it deter you from a fuzzy friend.

  • This movie's main issue is that given the choice, I'd still rather watch the 1987 release. Like most remakes, it didn't exceed its predecessor enough to justify its own existence.

    Gimme that 2012 Dredd though, that was sick.
