  • It practice it means taxing everyone. Claim that you can finance these policies by taxing just the rich is nothing more than populism.

Expect double the fuel price (Because fuel taxes are really easy to enforce) and 20-25% Vat like tax on everything except super basic goods. But that wouldn't be enough, your employer would have to pay mandatory healthcare insurance too for every worker, along with social security.

  • I don't know why. It worked half a year ago, now it doesn't. All I know I can access server via local host on same machine, but if I try to access it over LAN it just doesn't work no matter what I do. I might look into self signed cert but it feels like to much work for now.

  • Yes you can enable cors in LMStudio. But since few months it's blocked by all major web browsers if you aren't using HTTPS.

Which I don't. I had LMStudio server open to local network so I can use it on my phone or laptop via third party website.

  • I use LMStudio, because it has quality of life improvements like nice GUI and huggingface search engine. Also they have Vulkan backend that at least on 7900XTX is ~10% faster than rocm (on LLama 3 8b Q4_0 it gets 115Tokens/s vs 105 on rocm)

  • I was hosting LLM with LMStudio occasionally but can't access it anymore due to some fuckery with CORS and http vs https in browsers.

  • Please buy WinMars license!

  • And I experience that idiotic practice mostly from Americans and American companies

  • Either gates to hell, or Epstein files of Gates

  • Benjamin Song, who fired the gun at the police officer, was sentenced to 100 years in prison.

Good riddance. I imagine rest was captured before they managed to murder any people

  • Not if you picked the right platform. AM4 serves me well since 2017, all the way from ryzen 1700 and 16gigs of ram to 5700X3D and 32Gigs now. Same motherboard - and I expect it to serve me for another 5 years

  • Mixtape

  • Senate Bill 341 would have ended a loophole letting 17-year-olds marry legal adults up to four years older than them

    What's wrong with that???

  • So it's not a peace deal, but glorified cease fire.

    Sorces are weak.

    Reuters:

Iran deal includes $300 billion fund, more than half of which already committed, source says

Soo... The source of 300 billion deal info is Reuters that claims there's a source.

I'll wait for official text. Right now press just flings shit.

  • So what's the official peace deal? This is pay walled, so maybe someone fills me in?

  • This isn't just US and it isn't just trains. You're not getting fully automated airplanes either. Risk is just too high

  • They forgot to update polish translated help site. What a clusterfuck.

Jeśli korzystasz z planu Go, możesz wybrać Thinking z menu narzędzi, klikając ikonę + w polu wpisywania czatu.

This paragraph doesn't exist in eng version

Right now it says Plus and Business plans are limited to 3000 messages per week for thinking, and that automatic switch to thinking doesn't count towards limit.

Thy updated yesterday apparently so who knows what was written a week ago... So I don't know, If I misread business for pro, or did they update policy again and again.

Edit: Correction eng exists but says

If you are on Plus or Business, you can manually select GPT-5.5 Thinking from the model picker. If you are on a Go plan, select + in the chat entry box, then select Thinking. Go users can send up to 10 messages every 5 hours after enabling Thinking. Automatic switching from GPT-5.5 Instant to GPT-5.5 Thinking does not count toward manual Thinking usage limits.

So they have some unspecified limit?

  • Rough estimation. Reasoning + answer is ~1k tokens. API price for Chat GPT 5.5 is $30 per 1mil of output tokens, $5 per mil, for new input tokens and $0.50 for cached tokens. They allow 3k reasoning prompts per week.

Quick math 12000prompts x1000tokens=12mil tokens per month which will be 12x30= $360 add all long context costs at and you can double or triple that cost.

If you consider non reasoning prompting cost can be scaled to infinity since as far I'm aware subscription offers unlimited access for that. But they have anti abuse clause in the agreement, so I doubt you'll get to anywhere close to $14k cost

  • I prefer to run with cheap pay-per-prompt cloud model. You can find really good open models that cost $0.50 per million tokens.

  • I think that number is massively inflated. $1k loss is much more reasonable value
