They're easy to identify around here, most drive a pick up. As for the uptick, a lot of people only were decent drivers because they drove regularly. COVID and they lose the constant practice they needed to remain just decent. Add in that there's a lot of anger directed by males, who I find a higher percentage of these drivers, to others around them and yeah. It's a breeding ground of shit drivers. Add in that younger drivers are hot blooded typically and it answers the majority of them.
Clutch them pearls harder. The reactionaries have been celebrating the death of LGBT+ folks for decades, were cheering at the assassination of Minnesota law makers, and other much more reprehensible things than us saying a bad guy got what he deserved and worked for.
Stop with the notion that a dead person is suddenly sacred, they're not.
No where near enough to be a punishment given how much they made since inception doing this. So much for the "for the children!" people doing anything useful.
They know about exploitation to get money, not making it. No one earns a billion dollars, they exploit workers and the stock market to get that wealth. In fact, they wouldn't know anything about money because they don't have loads of money, it's all wealth in various assets that they have accountants shift around, appreciate, depreciate, take loans on, etc.
People like you would go after pennies in the name of downplaying the debt. There are bigger fish to fry in the budget than not having universal healthcare. Let's look at the oil subsidies, telecom subsidies, in fact give every single one a good glance over. I'm certain we can save enough billions to pay for healthcare multiple times over.
That's...that's how a business should operate. Not chasing quarterly reviews and stock prices, but being in business as long as feasibly possible. Making products and/or services that meet the need of the market and continual improvement of them.
Instead most businesses, especially dealing with video games, are ran by short term thinking psychopaths who only care how a quarter looks and not the long term sustainability of the entire company. They saw a massive influx during the Covid lockdowns and didn't realize that was temporary growth for a particular difficult time so keep chasing those kinds of profits with layoffs, studio closures.
That third of the country is what the Republicans rely on, they're their hardcore voting bloc. They will be for anything the Republicans do because "The Democrats are doing it but worse!" They believe that the reason Democrats don't get in trouble so often is they're better at hiding their horrendous acts instead of just not doing them. As well they're generational voters, have voted Republican since Lincoln and never will change.
My childhood was filled with proverbial dodging bullets and land mines. My adult life is a lot more chill because I have chosen to remove the drama that caused my childhood from my life.
Me despising this thing aside, anyone with the health problems and age of this scumbag should be retired. We shouldn't have anyone infirm in the senate for so many reasons.
