My friend, USA is the only place that truly matters. We are the greatest empire that have ever and will ever exist on this planet. Only with the grace of the USA, does any other country continue to exist. We have won so many world wars. We have proven to be the best and every other country just follows in our wake. So when elections happen in the USA, that's the elections everybody talks about throughout the whole world. When our trillionaires make decisions, the rest of the world listens. That's true power, that's something no other country will ever be able to experience.

I get enlightened on Lemmy almost everyday as long as people have discussion with me. But that's the thing people resort to band whenever you question their opinion. If you look at United States, Trump built a coalition of former Democrats to be on his cabinet. That's one example of people changing their minds, why can't we on the left do that?
