  • Arch Linux (BTW) is my main/dev OS, but also Windows 10 VM for certain projects.

For simple scripting in any language: VSCodium

PyCharm, Android Studio for projects in specific languages.

    For other full projects: VSCodium

As for testing/deploying projects, I have a QEMU dev VM that's connected to my IDEs using shared folders running basic Arch with fresh install of KDE Plasma.

Plugins mainly consist of QoL features, linting for certain languages in VSCodium, themes, etc.

  • Dank Pods! The content has only gotten better over the years, plus their expansion into car stuff and gaming. Started from iPods, now a bunch of different type of content. 🇦🇺

  • Got a new controller I have been wanting for a while at the price of my old one, except this new one has way more features than the previous one.

  • I don't identify myself with any side in politics. Why pick a side when every side is shit.

  • A local Mexican restaurant served a really good Barbeque cheeseburger compared to local sandwich restaurants.

  • Picked a random space word and a random object in the room at the time.

My avatar was created by me a long time ago based on the "Astro" part of my username.

  • Not really. "Legacy" doesn't mean anything to me as it won't matter when I'm dead because I'm dead.

  • I firmly believe some days you wake up and the world just fucking hates you, yet the next day everything is chill. ¯(ツ)

  • Elder Scrolls Morrowind and Oblivion, and (to some extent) Fallout 3 & New Vegas. They had a good amount of character customization compared to their later entries.

Cyberpunk 2077 had quite a bit as well, more than what I was expecting.

Stardew Valley has a lot of different shirts and accessories to choose from during character creation.

You could argue that, to some extent, Minecraft has the best character creation in the form of skins.

  • I like the demon door music that plays in Fable. Not really sure that counts as either (tho sometimes the demon doors lead to caves or maybe dungeons?)

  • .world was the first one I had heard of back when many people were moving over to Lemmy a few years back. Haven't changed since. If world goes down, I'll probably switch.

  • Not really a souvenir, but I bought a Blahaj from IKEA a while back, and it chills in my living room.

  • Yeah, I had a feeling the darker one didn't look right. I think the lighter cabinet color differs just enough from the pure-white kitchen cabinets and fridge that it doesn't look like it's another piece of "kitchen" furniture, but rather "room" furniture if that makes sense.

  • Do you use youtube mainly?

Yes, though not through the website or app

    Do you care about clickbait?

I don't often see it as I use DeArrow, but if I do see it, I just move on unless it's a video that interests me.

Did clickbait make you stop seeing some creator?

Kinda? Part of it was just getting tired of their style/growing out of it.

Did you use youtube but clickbait (among other things) made you to stop using it’s platform?

    No, I still use it.

Do you think clickbait is the major of the YouTube’s problems?

I think there are bigger issues than clickbait on YouTube, such as the sex bots in comments and inappropriate ads

Do you see something good in clickbait among the bad things? Like, which ones?

I don't see anything good in clickbait, but it's not something real bad either. To me, it's more of just something that exists and nothing else.

Could we see clickbait as a necessary evil?

It's a subjective opinion and differs between people. I personally don't see it as a "necessary evil", but maybe someone else does.

  • Kilobits or Kilobytes?

  • How is compiling Nim binaries compared to Python? I know on Python, the most common choice is PyInstaller, but that only compiles binaries for the type of system it is executed on.

  • Welcome to the ""Land of the Free"".

  • Just without the cool tech

  • Oh, just in New York? Whew, I'm safe then.
