  • Thanks for your perspective on this. I'm certainly not trying to be judge, jury, or executioner here but my concern is that its become pretty clear that many in the society I live in are completely content assigning those roles to themselves and I find that to be concerning.

  • I tried. Not sure how much clearer I can make it if this doesn't do the trick.

  • Nope. That's not what I am suggesting at all. I literally said that I don't think there's any other option besides vigilantism, which to me presents a difficult situation to reason through.

I'm allowed to find this situation conflicting and ask about other's people's thoughts on it to help me understand my own.

  • Bruh, chill out for a second. I'm not for a minute mourning Brian Thompson. You're living in too black and white of a world if you don't allow people to ask questions about complex topics like this. What is self-evident to you might not be to others.

Sorry I wasn't able to crystal ball your perspective into my mind before posting. I'll remind myself to read your mind in advance next time I dare to ask a question.

  • Leeches. Fuck em.

  • dbBlocker makes good molded plugs and they last forever. I have a pair that's almost ten years old that I use all the time.

  • If people need Adobe software for "critical" use cases, then maybe Linux just isn't for them? Why do we have to behave as though Linux needs to be a perfect glove fit for everyone for it to be a valid option? Lemmy is a reddit alternative. Its not for everyone and that's fine. Same goes for Linux.

What irritates me most are people that are square pegs complaining they don't fit in a round hole. Either choose to adapt or stick with the square hole and get over it.

  • This is a post in the Linux community. Why are you here if you hate the content?

  • Does Ice Storm '98 count? As a kid, it was super wild to wake up to our house being ~10C then realizing that the heat wasn't gonna be turning back on for a loooooong time.

Fortunately our neighbor had a gas stove in his basement and invited a bunch of folks from the neighborhood to use his house as a shelter for a while. It was super fun playing outdoors in the ice though. Literally everything was covered with inches of ice. You could put on a pair of skates and go anywhere you wanted for a couple days.

  • A breeder in Windsor, ON. Unfortunately I can't remember the name anymore.

  • He does a pretty decent job of taking care of that but he definitely needs a bit of help. Gets a little crusty sometimes lol

  • No lotion needed as far as we can tell. He definitely doesn't like baths and will try to jump out if you don't block him but generally he just stands in the tub and complains a bit. The only thing he truly hates is when we have to clean his booty hole. Lol

  • She lives for the snuggle. She has about 15 minutes of zoomies per day and the rest is aggressively pursuing cuddles and naps.

  • It depends. He likes to run on his hamster wheel and is super active, not only that but his heated bed has him all moist and humid after a nap. A few factors like that will dictate how much litter dust gets stuck to him. We just do the smell test and a visual check every day and if he's particularly nasty we give him a bath. Not too often though as it dries out his skin a bit. I'd say once a month on average and it takes about 10 minutes.

  • Good looking? Subjective. Able-bodied? He's more fit than most.

  • Wut?

The article is about Andrew Tate. Guess whose face is on the cover? Andrew Tate's face.

  • This one is a bit better. It really stands out in good lighting which is proving difficult to capture.

  • You can kinda see it here. He's sleeping in his heated hut right now so I can't snap a better pic.

  • Bingo. This guy starts to smell a bit like a scrote if he goes without a bath for too long.
