The NRA needs to STFU at this point. They enabled this. Their followers are either collaborators (being ICE), or cowards who cosplayed defending against Authoritarianism; the time they could have mobilized to assert their Holy 2nd Amendment is already long past.

First, apparently, it will be too expensive to have access to a personal computer, since that allows processing and/or distributing information which might dispute the approved narrative: hence the global hoarding of DRAM by AI companies. Then, travel will be made impractical, so we cannot organize against, relocate or flee our local governments.

Ensure PRs have accurate Doxygen before approving merges. That also keeps API documentation accurate, and doesn't slurp millions of litres of water or megawatts of power. Sheesh.
Good documentation also doesn't just explain the 'what', but the why where it's important. I doubt any "AI" will do that effectively.
I feel the same way, but had no idea he'd had a stroke around the time of the big change. If true that makes it a bit easier to separate the man from his art for me.
Didn't something similar happen with the US politician John Fetterman? I recall he was a darling of the Democratic party, then post-stroke turned radically 'right'.
The paranoid in me wonders though... can DRAM be backdoored? I'd bet 'yes', and this would be a perfect opening to introduce a huge amount of compromised hardware to the world market...
Cloudflare has caused too much of the internet to be centralized under their whims. There need to be more alternatives for DDoS protection; I don't use any at all for my self-hosted site, but if I ever do, it won't be Cloudflare.
