  • The US has run out of sympathy from the rest of the world. This is what you voted for, this is what you allow to happen, this is your due. Either fix it or learn to live without healthcare.

  • That's why I said AI, not LLM

  • I'll have you know I've been to Billund too!

  • Y'all are being way too nice on this actual Nazi

  • I'm sure it would be possible to develop an actual AI assistant like that, FOSS of course.

  • This happened when I tried to install Mint for a dual boot on my PC with two drives. It wasn't fun.

  • I wonder how old the people in power are.

  • Give your truck a lobotomy.

  • Isn't that the case in the 28 X later series? Like England fell to a zombie apocalypse but the rest of the world is doing fine?

  • Does the Pope shit in the woods?

  • Don't bundle the rest of us in with the americans.

  • You know those stories where the world is reduced to a post-apocalypse after a natural event? What if that's only what happens in the US, and the rest of the world recovers with ease due to extant rescue services?

  • No, Americans could have had bigger burgers if they weren't stupid.

  • It's how small things can be when they don't need a screen

  • Wow, he's taking the side of the consumers against the corpos for once.

  • All the other kids with their pumped up kicks

  • Personally I don't see this as any different than anime animators using 3D renders or other CGI to relax their workload. And just like those cases there will be some anime where there you can barely tell there's any CG, and some where it's blatant and hastily done. Maybe even some that use 100% AI. This change is inevitable, because it already happened once, and I bet the outrage looked the same back then. "They're using computers instead of paying animators? Those cheap bastards, they have no respect for the art of anime."

I just hope they don't cut salaries.

  • Difference now is that it's easier than ever to save a copy of the books in danger. If you're upset about books being deleted, grab a USB and get to work downloading those books.

  • I don't know if my timestamp went through, but the part I linked to was at 7h/19m/42s. That's the relevant part, not necessarily the entire video. That's a showcase of good AI voices.
