I scan the area around the exit as I’m leaving for employees or security. If I see someone I make eye contact and say thank you. I’ve never had anyone give me suspicious or dirty looks, and I normally carry a backpack.
I remember staying up all night and getting to the point where normal words looked crazy to me. I would sit there trying to make sense of them but they would just seem wrong, especially how certain letters were next to each other.
After finally sleeping, the word would look normal again.
Q: “I like this guy, I’m going to make him fight Egyptian gods.”
