Buffalo blue cheese potatoes

Golden potatoes were only $2 for 5 lb. I should have used russet to make them more crispy. Lesson learned. But it is definitely tasty.

The blue cheese sauce is sour cream, mayo, lemon juice and blue cheese crumbles.
