(fake) Lobster Roll

Using giant red wild caught pacific pawns in place of lobster. Quite a nice substitute at $7/lb at Freddy's!

Dressed in seasoned butter not mayo, I believe it's called Connecticut style. Topped on a brioche bun with spring mix.
