Syncing Podcasts on Windows

I've been trying to move away from pocketcasts and started using AntennaPod + selfhosting GPoddersync for syncing. Which works great between Android devices.

However, I've been struggling to find a good Podcast for Windows that can also sync with Gpoddersync. Any suggestions?
